subdivision rules, and landmark designations. This assessment affects what we can build and where,

Demolition-
We take pains to make sure that safety and your health comes first.
Thats why we employ complete ventilation throughout the project, but
especially during the demolition of what is to be remodeled. We also seal
off the construction site with plastic to minimize dust and debris to other
parts of the house. This step is also important for design, as it is the first
time to see what is going on behind the walls.
